Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz
This brow product is so holy grail for me that I’m scared to try something else. I love it because I’m able to create soft strokes through the brows and it really leaves them looking natural. It’s a bit more pricey than other brow products out there, but to me it’s worth it. I’ve heard great things about the NYX micro brow pencil and how it could even be a dupe for the Anastasia brow wiz. But for now, I can’t seem to step away from this one.
Physicians Formula Murumuru Butter Bronzer
This is my go to bronzer every single day. It’s the bronzer I take on all my trips and the bronzer I sometimes use as a contour because it’s slightly cool toned. Another thing I love about it is its creamy texture, hence the name Butter Bronzer. It’s so easy to apply and you guessed it, blends like butter. If that doesn’t sound amazing enough, the best part about it is how it smells like a tropical beach. Honestly it’s like I’m on vacation when I’m applying it.
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
I received this sample sized NARS concealer with another item I had purchased at Sephora. I’m slowly running out and panicking because I need another one asap. Just like its name, It’s truly creamy and leaves the skin looking fresh and awake.
Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush in ‘Paaarty’
Now it looks like this blush hasn’t been used yet but it’s because a little goes a long way with this product on your brush. Just a tap and you’re good to go. This also means you need a light hand when applying. I’ve been using this nude, slightly rosey blush for my everyday looks and am really loving it.
Milani Make It Last Setting Spray Prime + Correct + Set
This setting spray by Milani really does help the makeup last all day. You can use it to prime your face as well but I usually use it just to set everything in place. It’s only $10! If you’re not big on scents in your setting sprays you might not like it because there is a slight floral scent. But I love how it smells and love spraying it every chance I get.
Essie Nail Polish in ‘ballet slippers’
This stunning pale pink Essie nail polish is such a classic shade and perfect for any season. It leaves your nails with a beautiful sheer finish. I’ve been reaching for this one nonstop recently and absolutely adore the colour. I love how it looks with 2 or 3 coats so that the colour really comes through.
My favourite go to lippies
These are the 5 lip products I’ve been rotating through these past couple of months. Most of these I would consider nudes except for the Urban Decay lippie. I have them all listed below! My review on each lipstick is in the same order as they are in the picture above. (top to bottom)
Love this lipstick in my purse. It’s so creamy and easy to put on so I love having it on the go. I especially love how it smells like chocolate! I’m totally guilty of licking my lipstick off when I wear this one. Can you blame me?
This warm, spicy neutral shade is my perfect nude. It’s definitely comfortable to put on and not drying at all. I would say it’s a go to fall colour but I’ve been using it year round because I love it that much.
This deep brown shade is so beautiful for the fall/winter months. If you don’t feel like doing anything with the eyes but still want some drama to your look, go with this lipstick. I wouldn’t say it’s completely matte as it has a bit of a sheen when the light hits it. But it’s super comfortable on the lips.
This is one of the most comfortable liquid lipsticks that I’ve ever tried. It glides on the lips so well and I don’t mind the feeling on the lips once dry. It’s a stunning colour and a nice nude lip for any occasion.
This lipstick holds a special place in my heart because it was what I wore on my wedding day. I had been saving it for special occasions because it’s quite fancy. I started wearing it again and remember why I love it so much. It’s so comfortable to put on and feels so nice on the lips.
Below I’ve left swatches for comparison. They are also in the same order as they are above.
Have you tried out any of these products? If so, what do you think of them? I’m always looking for new recommendations, so if there’s something you can’t live without let me know down below!
